2. Courtesy Letter
Purpose: A formal courtesy notification sent once a student has reached 30 total hours of missed school, both excused and unexcused. It outlines potential future steps and serves as an early indicator.

3. Medical Status Letter
Purpose: Notifies families that a student has been placed on medical status due to excessive absences. It outlines the requirement for a doctor's note moving forward and references the legal thresholds.

4. Absence Intervention Team (AIT) Meeting Scheduling Letter
Purpose: Officially invites families to participate in an AIT meeting after 30 unexcused hours. The letter explains the purpose of the meeting and outlines how it will support improved attendance.

5. Informal Court Hearing Letter
